Do you accept reservations?

We recommend reservations for all of our tables and services. Reservations can be made online (via the link above), or by calling our reservations line (908-276-6600). If you have a large party or group, we recommend giving us a call for assistance with booking. We DO NOT accept reservations via Email.

How far in advance may I book?

We allow reservations 30 days in advance of the calendar date.

How do I know my online reservation went through?

When you finalize a reservation with OpenTable they will send you a confirmation email immediately. We will also call you a day or two before the date of your reservation to confirm your table. If you do not receive an email, or do not hear from us, we would recommend calling to confirm your table and verify your reservation booking (908-276-6600).

Do I need to CONFIRM my reservation?

Yes, as noted in your confirmation email, please make sure that you have spoken with us to confirm your reservation. If you DO NOT confirm your reservation your table will be held for 15 minutes, beyond that it will be released and your party will be treated as a walk-in and seated on a first come, first served basis. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for all reservations to be confirmed or cancelled by 3 pm on the date of your reservation.  

Do you have a WAITLIST?

If we do not have your preferred time or date available we are happy to add your name to our wait list for that date. As we confirm reservations each day and encounter cancellations, we offer available tables to the parties on our waitlist first. All parties will receive two calls in an attempt to offer available tables, no voicemails are left - so please make sure to give us a working cell phone and check for missed calls on the date you are attempting to secure a reservation. We will do our best to contact you, but cannot hold tables for extended periods of time - thank you for your understanding!

How long do you hold reservations?

We will hold a table for 15 minutes after your reserved time, if your full party has not arrived at that point we will release the table and your group will be treated as a walk-in, at which point we will do our best to seat you when a table becomes available. If you are running late, need to cancel a reservation, or make changes to your party size or reservation time, please notify us as soon as possible and we will see what we have available.

How large of a group will you book a reservation for?

We accept reservations for parties up to 12 persons maximum, depending on space available.  Please note, for parties larger than 5 persons we do include a 20% gratuity on the final bill.

Do you accept WALK-INS?

We have seats at our Raw Bar that are held for walk-in customers. We do our best to seat walk-ins on a first come first served basis, but seating is limited so wait times will vary.

Do you have OUTSIDE seating?

There is no outside seating offered at 100 Steps, we do have outdoor seats available at our sister property, A Toute Heure.
